Dr. William Wardrope, director of international business programs at the University of Central Oklahoma's College of Business Administration, recently received the Guardian Angel Award from the Latino Community Development Agency (LCDA) as a part of their 17th annual recognition luncheon.The award comes three years after Wardrope established an annual scholarship for Latin American students coming to UCO and developed a partnership with the LCDA to match his gift.
